From IVF and medical testing to contracts and legal reviews, we coordinate everything, providing you with regular updates and ensuring compliance with best practices.

- Comprehensive medical screening before acceptance
- Must have had at least one successful pregnancy with no major complications
- Must be free from chronic conditions that may affect pregnancy
- Undergo IVF process with embryo transfer into the uterus
- Ongoing OB/GYN care and reporting, with Intended Parents receiving updates

For Intended Parents
- Coordination with IVF clinics for egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo transfer
- Guidance on medical testing requirements (bloodwork, genetic testing, infectious disease screenings)
- Medical reports shared to keep parents informed of surrogate’s health and progress

Issues We Cannot Work With
To protect all parties, Assisted Parenthood Services does not proceed with:
- Surrogates with serious untreated medical conditions or high-risk pregnancy history
- Candidates unwilling to undergo full medical testing or legal agreements
- Cases where contracts are not signed before medical procedures
- Intended Parents or surrogates with unresolved legal or immigration complications
- Arrangements that bypass recognized medical or legal standards
