We carefully guide Intended Parents through the Gestational Surrogate Matching process with an average match time of 8–10 weeks. We take the burden of searching off your shoulders by identifying qualified surrogates based on your specific criteria.

The Process For Intended Parents
We hold your hands through the process from start to finish!
- Matching with Surrogates, Egg Donors, and Sperm Donors
- Locating doctors, clinics, and attorneys
- Handling contracts and expense accounts
- Regular reports and updates when you cannot attend appointments.
Complete Parent Profile
Once contact has been made with the agency then the intended parents will complete and submit the “Parent Profile and Application Form” to the agency.

Contract & Agency Fee
Sign agency contract and pay agency fee. This must be done to start the process.

Recruitment of surrogates
Once potential candidates are identified, the psychological and medical evaluation of the surrogate/s will be conducted.
- Gives you time to review the candidate profile based on your requirements
- Ensures you are satisfied with your potential surrogate
- Ensures potential candidates are prepared mentally and physically for the process
The meeting process
Qualified candidate would meet with the intended parents and a counsellor for a joint meeting.

- Building trust and a healthy emotional bond between intended parents and surrogate
Legal agreements and Contract
A surrogacy legal contract will be created which outlines the surrogacy agreement between the parties involved.

IVF Treatment
IVF Treatment and implantation of the embryo, which hopefully leads to a successful pregnancy.
- Egg is fertilized and prepared for insertion
- Chosen surrogate will undergo implantation procedure
- Regular checkups & tests will be conducted to increase the chances of success
Baby delivery
Once baby is delivered, legal procedures are completed to establish the intended parents as the legal parents.
- Finalizing legal procedures to transfer legal parental rights to the intended parents
- Surrogate is fully compensated and covered medically.
How long does it take to be matched with a surrogate or donor?
The average matching time is 8–10 weeks, depending on your criteria and the availability of qualified surrogates or donors.
What happens if the first match doesn’t work out?
If a surrogate or donor is not a fit after the interview or evaluation stage, we will continue the matching process until a suitable candidate is found. You’ll never be left without support.
Do I get to choose who becomes my gestational carrier?
Yes, the final decision will be based on your requirements for the candidate as well as their psychological and medical preparedness to complete the process.
Do you accept single Intended Parents as well as couples?
Yes, we support both couples and single Intended Parents seeking to build families through surrogacy or donor assistance.
How do I know the surrogate or donor is emotionally ready?
All surrogates and donors undergo a psychological evaluation (60–90 minutes), and in some cases, additional assessments to ensure they are emotionally and mentally prepared for the process.
